As a specialist disposal firm we certified by TÜV Süd according to §56 and 57 of the KrWG (Law on Life-Cycle Management) and therefore are able to collect, transport, store, recycle and treat wastes and residues as well as dispose of them.

As a member of the VCH (Association of Chemical Distributors, registered association, Cologne) we support the worldwide Responsible Care Initiative which has already been decided on 20th November 1996. The participation in the Responsible Care Program of the VCH is a great support for our company in order to do justice to our entrepreneurial responsibility in the areas of product safety, environmental protection, safety at work as well as ficility and transport safety to a very large extent.

Because of the growing globalization and because of the altered international security situation we at Häffner GmbH & Co. KG have decided to comply to the essential elements of the defense policy of the European Union by being certified as an authorised economic operator (AEO).

The European Single Assessment Document / Safety and Quality Assessment System is NOT a certificate but a current state assessment which supports the dialogue between distributors and producers of the chemical industry. The authorized assessor solely presents the actual state of the SHE & Q-managementssystems within a company.
