<\/p>\nUnfortunately, we are only able to welcome interested trade fair visitors in the digital space of the training fair again this year due to corona. Therefore, we were allowed to create a virtual booth with all kinds of information, video material and job profiles of our offered apprenticeships in advance. With over twenty-five exhibitors from the region of the Ludwigsburg district, the BANE is a popular trade fair for young people who want to find out about local training opportunities and companies.<\/p>\n

BANE – The training fair in Ludwigsburg County<\/p>\n
Through the extensive redesign of the training concept and the supervision by Laurien Renke and Laura Seibert, we would like to be perceived even more visibly as a training company in the future and offer an even more dynamic and multifaceted vocational training. We attach great importance to the fact that our trainees are more than just apprentices. They are equal colleagues who receive personal and comprehensive training at H\u00e4ffner. Mutual learning and always having an open ear for all concerns are particularly important to us. At the BANE trade fair, we would like to highlight in particular the Abiturientenprogramm Handelsfachwirt\/in IHK (m\/f\/d) and the training in wholesale and foreign trade management. The unique feature of the program for high school graduates is that they can obtain three qualified qualifications within three and a half years of training, including the IHK Fachwirt. The program is aimed at ambitious high school graduates who want to learn in a practice-oriented manner and aim for a higher education qualification to start their career.<\/p>\n
