Häffner’s website in a new look – and with new features!


Digitisation is progressing at a rapid pace. After almost two and a half years, it was therefore time for a renovation of Häffner’s website. Many new features are waiting for you. We pulled out all the stops to offer you even more service in the future! In this article we will show you some of the new features and explain how you can benefit from them.

The website of a company today is more than just its “digital business card”. It enables the company to offer its customers sustainable added value. Exclusive additional information, ongoing reporting on the company, its services and products as well as opportunities for research and last but not least the opportunity to get in touch with the right contact directly. And this around the clock – 365 days a year!

“We have deliberately decided to “relaunch” the existing website in 2020 after only two-and-a-half years, i.e. to revise and redesign it. Since the last reorientation of the website, a lot has happened in the field of digitisation and so-called “digital selling”. Also in the chemical industry! Customers are now demanding a constant presence and, with the help of the digital world, are beginning to look beyond the analogue world: In many cases, the research for a product inquiry or a first contact is already done completely via the Internet. This is why we, as a globally active chemicals distributor, have also expanded our sales channels and are now represented on all leading online marketplaces. In addition, our social media channels have also grown significantly in order to offer customers the highest level of convenience. So it was only logical to thoroughly revise our own website once again,” says Thomas Dassler, Managing Director of the Häffner GmbH & Co. KG.

  • Simplified navigation for a faster way to achieving the goal

Compared to the old Häffner website, we have significantly simplified the menu navigation. You will only find a submenu where it is absolutely necessary – which contributes to clarity. For example, would you like to get an overview of our delivery programs? Then just click on the “Products” menu. Try it out, there is a lot to discover!

 

  • More information: Background information, safety data sheets and exclusive whitepapers

For each product range, we have compiled a brief overview to illustrate the significance and application areas of the associated products. In addition, the current safety data sheet for the complete product portfolio will also be available for download in the product detail view in the near future. For a large part this is already done. And the best part: As soon as something changes, the latest version will automatically be available.

  • Faster and easier product inquiry

Do you have a need for chemical products from our huge delivery programs? Excellent! You are in the right place! In our product search you can easily search for products by name or CAS number! Auto completion even supports you while typing – just like you are used to from your favourite search engine! Once you have identified the desired product, you only need to provide us with your specific information regarding quantity, packaging, container size and your contact details. You can then forward your request directly to our experts. And the best part: You only have to enter your address data once: By clicking the “Save address data” button, you can request further products for the duration of your visit in a matter of seconds, without having to enter your address!
